Thanks for reaching out @taufrisch88. If you’d like to share the following, we can hopefully determine the cause and provide you with some suggestions to ensure this no longer occurs.
- Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
- What is the message you see from the main WordPress dashboard? Please also share any message you see from the main WordPress dashboard, or errors for when the retry button does not work.
- Do you have Site Kit connected on multuple sites, and if so, does this occur on any other sites?
Let me know if you have any questions with the above. Thank you.
1)I just uploaded form.
2)message on dashboard is :Data loading failed
Retry didn’t work? Get help3)yes I also use it on other sites, and also there eI can see this issue from time to time.
Many thanks for sharing the additional information @taufrisch88. From reviewing your Site Health information I don’t see any obvious cause for this. If this is occurring on other sites hosted on the same platform, this would indicate a possible issue requesting Analytics data to be displayed on the Site Kit dashboard based on a host configuration. To troubleshoot this further, please share the following:
- Do you see any warnings or errors when checking your Site Health status (Tools > Site Health > Status), which differs from your Site Health information requested above? Such errors may include REST endpoint references.
- When you see this data loading error on the Site Kit dashboard the next time, can you share any any browser console errors that appear? Please also invalid XHR responses, but so so privately via the same form previously used. These can help indicated such a browser related block.
It may be also worth reviewing your WordFence configurations, and any ModSecurity rules at host level, to ensure there are not blocks. Let me know if you have any questions with the above. Thank you.
Dear James
Many thanks for your feedback!
I checked site health, currently I have disabled the Caching Plugin due to trouble shooting, so a warning is there https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/m26omixz1a4sngt3wp3qz/Bildschirmfoto-2025-03-14-um-21.25.54.png?rlkey=edu96dfd4f1dan62laiuye5cs&dl=0
Since I disabled the caching and especially the “Google for WooCommerce” ww.wp.xz.cn-Plugin-Seite » SiteKit is Loading every time.
But the PHP warning keep coming (see below):
I have to admit, I’m overwhelmed here. I dont know what to do. I will try another Caching Plugin next.
Many thanks for your help so far!Msg: Calling get_class() without arguments is deprecated

Many of the third party libraries that Site Kit use may have some features that do result in such notices, most of which can be disregarded. We do frequently update the version of these libraries that we use, but to ensure all is working as expected for you, can you confirm no loss in functionality?
You may also wish to ensure that the “Data loading failed” error doesn’t occur after enabling the Google for WooCommerce plugin once more while keeping your caching plugin deactivated, as there shouldn’t be any such issues. If you do encounter these, I’d be happy to troubleshoot this with you further.
As we didn’t receive a response I’ll mark this as resolved. Feel free to open a new support topic if you continue to encounter issues, or reopen this topic and we’d be happy to assist.
