Thanks for opening a support topic @everhardt. Based on the error you’re reporting, please share the following and we can hopefully determine more and ensure the plugin works as expected.

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
    2. Does this occur on the Site Kit dashboard, the main WordPress dashboard (via the Site Kit widget) or on the front end of your site when using the Site Kit admin toolbar?
    3. When checking the Site Kit dashboard from a Chrome browser incognito window does the same occur? If so, please share any browser console errors that appear.

Once we have the above, we can advise on this further. What I suspect is happening, is either a browser extension of plugin related conflict is impacting normal plugin behavior. Should the issue remain, we may be able to pinpoint the cause via the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.

Let me know if you have any questions with the above.

I’m just following up with you to check whether the error remains? If so please share the information requested above and we can investigate further.

As we didn’t receive a response I’ll mark this as resolved. Feel free to open a new support topic if you continue to encounter issues, or reopen this topic and we’d be happy to assist.
