Im trying to connect my Google anaytics to my wordpress site with sitekit. Boogler business & Analytics was already existing. I had previously connected it on WordPress and it had sowed my site down so deleted the plugin. Im now trying it again and getting a connection error message

“The provided authorization grant is invalid, expired, revoked, does not match the redirection URI used in the authorization request, or was issued to another client.”

Is thisa something to do with the htaccess site or something else to do with the Google Business account of Google anaytics

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @aamctraining,

Thanks for getting in touch. Based on the error you reported I’m unsure of the cause at this point. So we can determine more and ensure you can complete Site Kit set up please share the following:

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
    2. At what point do you encounter this error during Site Kit set up? Ie. directly after clicking on “Sign in with Google” or after clicking on a particular button? Feel free to share a screenshot of this or a screen recording if you wish, using a service such as Loom or RecordIt. You can share this privately using the form above.

Once we have this information we can advise further. We may need to perform a plugin reset if you had Site Kit set up previously under a different domain or if you since change your wp-admin path.

Let me know if you have any questions.

As we didn’t receive a response I’ll mark this as resolved. Feel free to open a new support topic if you continue to encounter issues, or reopen this topic and we’d be happy to assist.
