Hi @dubpir8 thanks for getting in touch. Have you ensured that the user role of the account you are testing with has been granted with access to view modules in Site Kit? For example, you can see here that the administrator and editor roles have access to all connected modules.
If you have granted access to modules for the user role of the user you are testing with then please could you share your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred. I can then check your setup to see if I can see anything that could be causing this behaviour. Please also include your hosting provider on this form.
Any further screenshots or recordings you can provide would also be welcome. Let me know if you have any questions on the above.
Thanks Adam,
Here’s a screen-shot of the sharing settings: https://snipboard.io/ZS9KsB.jpg – you’ll notice that sitekit is available for th editor role, yet when we log in as an editor, we just see this: https://ibb.co/P6tS4jj
I have filled out the form you sent as well.
Thanks
@dubpir8 Thanks for sharing the information. If possible, are you able to temporarily disable all plugins except for Site Kit to see if you get the same outcome?
If you are still seeing the same then you could also try a Site Kit reset. You will need to then connect the plugin once more and grant the permissions before checking to see if the editor role is then given the option for the view only dashboard.
In the meantime I will continue to run some checks on my side to try and replicate your issue. Let me know if you have any questions.
As we didn’t receive a response I’ll mark this as resolved. Feel free to open a new support topic if you continue to encounter issues, or reopen this topic and we’d be happy to assist.
