SiteLock Smart/Patch – Possible Cartflow problem

OK…to start with, please be gentle with me. I am still learning.
Our site isn’t even live yet and we are still building it. We have had numerous problems with setting up various things and have learnt a lot of lessons with regards to themes etc conflicting with various plugins etc….but this current problem has left us with a lot of head scratching and concerns if we are doing everything wrong.
Let me try explain…
We use SiteLock in our website, which is a service that performs daily scans of a website to identify vulnerabilities and protect against threats like viruses, cross-site scripting, SQL injection and even email blacklisting. Since 14/05 scan it is showing a warning for a vulnerability with the path wp-content/plugins/cartflows/woocommerce/template/checkout/review-order.php. I’m attaching pictures of the SiteLock screens for your information.
Since then we spoke with Bluehost, SiteLock and Woocommerce to try and solve the issue. They all pointed out it is an issue with the Cartflow plugin update. The plugin is in auto update.
That’s all the information I have. Can anyone please advise how to solve the issue.
