    Hi,
    My /sitemap.xml as generated by Jetpack has two links, /sitemap-1.xml an /image-sitemap-1.xml
    Is this correct?

    as i know the normal format for sitemap is sitemap.xml.

    Hi there,

    Jetpack generates multiple sitemaps for your site as needed. All sitemaps are listed in the sitemap index at sitemap.xml and search engines will check there to see where to fetch the content-specific sitemaps for your site.

    The main sitemap for posts and pages on your site cannot be called sitemap.xml as well, so it’s named sitemap-1.xml to distinguish it from the sitemap index.
