You should probably check on your hosting PHP error logs as I’m seeing There has been a critical error on this website. when I visit the sitemap url. Something is definitely going on, but it’s hard to say with any certainty that this is something to do with CPTUI.
@tw2113 thank you for your response! The server error logs are below. I tried disabling object cache and increasing memory limit (with the help of my hosting provider) but continue receiving the errors.

This is going to be something you’d want to reach out to your hosting support for. We’re not going to be able to do anything regarding memory issues from our plugin.
Hosting support would be able to better confirm that memory limits were indeed increased and also potentially help determine what parts of the website are taking up so much memory.
