sitemap.html not found

I installed and configured the plugin last week and submitted the .xml sitemap to Google.

It cannot find the /sitemap.html file. I checked the settings and I have checked (by default) generate sitemap and use .html.

I tried changing the sitemap name to see if that would trigger the rebuild, but it did not. Still have a 404.
