Sitemap not complete

I am trying to create a sitemap for my site through magento which uses this plugin,it doesnt seem to include the blog or its posts urls in it or is it a way i can create a sitemap.xml using this plugin which would include all the urls of magento in it.How can i make sure they are updated regularly, since i upload about 2-3 posts a day.
