    I have a basic question that is if I delete some pages and post does sitemap updates automatically or do I regenerate sitemap again ?

    I’m not the plugin author but I will answer your question.

    The sitemap is generated on the fly.
    So it updates automatically on each revisit from the web bots.

    Although the url seems to point to a XML-File this file is only virtual and is internal redirect to a PHP function. This function output the sitemap and send an http-Header that this ressource is an XML-File.
