Sitemap verficiation Error

Google webmaster tools says that
“URL not allowed
This url is not allowed for a Sitemap at this location”, whenever i submit a sitemap.
My url is http://tuts.nscript.in and my sitemap xml is
http://tuts.nscript.in/sitemap.xmlMy sitemaps are created properly but shows error in Google webmaster tools. Please help
