hello, plugin does not load the site picture.
i have tried to switch off all other plugins, but it is not work anyway. I see only white page.

Thanks for posting.

1. Please, try doing a theme check. Deactivate all plugins except for SiteOrigin CSS and then switch to a default theme like Twenty Sixteen. Does the issue persist?

2. If 1. doesn’t help, check for Console errors when viewing the blank page and let us know if any present:
