    Hi Les

First off, very sorry to hear about your server crashes. As a website owner myself, I know how frustrating that can be.

Braam and I have been doing some testing and researching on our side. Braam discovered that it’s possible that Wordfence was causing the high CPU load. Other. It performs a scan right after you install a new plugin – so this might explain the high CPU load right after installing our Widget Bundle. Other Wordfence users have reported CPU load issues in the past.

To verify this, would you be willing to temporarily disable Wordfence and reinstall Widget Bundle? If this solves the problem, we’ll chat to Wordfence directly to see if there’s anything in Widget Bundle itself that could be causing it to hang up.

We’d be more than happy to help you with the tests if you’re not comfortable doing this.

I appreciate your offer of help, but won’t be taking any more chances of crashing my website.

I won’t be disabling WordFence, the problem did not occur shortly after installing the plugin. It happened about a day later.

I uninstalled your plugin and have had no problems since.
