Size Chart does not update

    I just activated PrintFul and entered text into the size chart on a product not related to Printful. Now that text cannot be removed or updated in any way other than direct database access.

    I’ve deactivated the Printful for now as I don’t currently have any POD products.

    The size guide can be edited in the product edit page in wp-admin. Scroll down and you’ll find a text box with heading “size chart”. If you don’t see it click the “screen options” at the top of the page and check it in.

    The size guide can be edited but the content can’t be deleted. When I delete the information in that box and save the product, the information comes right back. The only way to get rid of it is to add a non-breaking space (nbsp). But then I have an empty Size Chart tab. I want to delete the tab altogether and that seems to be impossible.

    Hey there,
    Thank you for reaching out!
    When you add products to your Woo store from your Printful dashboard, uncheck the size chart in the product description, so that it does not get pushed to your store. You can see a screenshot of this here

    As for removing the size chart tab from your current products, you would most likely need to edit your website’s theme/layout.

    I don’t understand what you mean by edit my website’s theme/layout. The Printful size chart is added by Printful. None of my other products have that size chart. Printful should enable me to remove that size chart if I no longer want it.

    Hey there,

    Sorry for the delay in our reply!
    You are right, if you check the size chart option, when you’re adding a product, this information will be pushed to your store and a new tab will be created.
    After this information is pushed to your store, you can only edit it from there, not on Printful.

    What you can do in this case is either –
    Push your products to your store without a size chart
    or
    Edit your website directly to remove this tab.
