It’s possible to fixe size an image ads in pc and a different size in mobile ?

Yes. Normally the ad size is defined by the ad code (except for the responsive ad codes).

In the plugin you can define block width and height:

You can also insert different ad codes for different devices:
https://adinserter.pro/documentation/device-detection
