Sizing iframe for Widgets

    I was wondering if there was shortcode to disable the width resizing scrollbar (see picture below).

    Also, if there was an option to have the hide the scroll bar until the user hovers over the iframe, that would be wonderful for the height scroll bar.

    you can simply hide this with css.

    Hiding the scrollbar until the user hovers only would work for desktops. How about tablets and mobile phones?
