I am using the free version of the plugin to create a full length slider on the home page of http://www.new.spadet.com. We would like to make the slider narrower but when we do the images don’t size properly. What is the best way to size the images to ensure all of it is seen.

I am posting it quoted below as well:

Please go to Settings tab of your slideshow and find Background Fit option under Global section.

Make sure to set it to Contain.

Thanks for this. However what I am trying to be able to see the full image in a narrower slider and still have the slide span the entire width of the screen. If I set it on contain it means the slider does not span the entire screen.

I am willing to resize the image but I want to know what the image size should be.

    Hey, @jeanna180!

    Thank you for specifying!

In that case, you will need to crop your images to match the proportions of your slideshow dimensions.

For example, if Ratio option is set to 1.5, this means, that the width is 1.5 times larger than the height of the slideshow.

So the images you upload should be proportionally the same.

    Hope this helps.
    Cheers!
