Skip email check

Hi I am skipping the email check by commenting out the check email exists on line 2353 and 2354 in users.php because I want to allow multiple accounts under one email.

I am using new user approve, when I register using an existing email, it says the usual registration has been sent to the admin, but nothing happens.

Any simple fix for this?
