skip first post

Hello, I love your plugin in. Thank you.

1. How do I configure tiles/slider to only show posts older than the most recent? I want the first post to appear in a tile at the top of the page by itself…like a header almost and titled “latest post”. Underneath it, I want to create a slider of “recent posts”, but I do not want the latest post to appear in it or it will show twice on the page.

2. Also, how do I make the title of posts clickable links. I have chosen the option “Use Post URL” and chosen “Link to Post” in the dropdown, however the only thing that is clickable is the image. If the post does not have an image, there is no way to read the full post. Please see page https://feliciadray.com/ and scroll to the bottom under “work from home”. You will see an example there.
