SKT Full width theme

Hello, I am having some issues with the customizing of the theme. I have been playing around with the settings but it seems when I changed the background image, The new image shows on some pages and than the featured theme inmage shows up on another page. I turned it off in theme options and saved.. still not working.. I have try to delete archives and meta..thats not working. I added a search widget and it only appears on one page..I have try to change the menu bar to show on left side and its on the right of the pages..Can anyone help me resolve each issue..my thank you page is all over the place.
