I have problems with sky scanner widget adding it to customizr wordpress theme, do you know what could be a reason?

I’m sorry but as you are using a non-WPORG plugin, you need to seek support from the plugin’s developers – paid or otherwise. We only support plugins downloaded from ww.wp.xz.cn here.
