Slice WP License Key Error Message

    I followed all the steps that are listed in the provided link when trying to register the license key. The error message: cURL error 28: Failed to connect to slicewp.com port 443. Our host updated the cURL and restarted the server. I have disabled plugins and test but still receive the same error.
