Slick css override rule bug

    On the blocks CSS file, there is a general rule that overrides slick everywhere; this should not be the case, the CSS should be narrowed to the component in question as slick is a widely.

    .slick-arrow:focus{background:rgba(0,0,0,0)}

    Can this be changed as we are currently patching the plugin?
