Hi stefel77
This could happen but you have to understand visitors wont resize their window. I guess you are trying to resize to simulate how the site looks in mobile/tab devices. But the thing is users on mobile wont load on a big screen first and they wont be resizing windows in mobile/tab devices. so this issue will not be visible to the visitor. to simulate mobile/tabs display you will have to first resize your window and then load the site to see how it would look on mobile/tab device. π

Hi Thanks for the fast response. You are right I’ve been trying different sizes to see how the theme would handle different devices such computers with different screen resolutions and mobile devices. Users will not resize their window mobile devices (as there is typically no window), however they can change between horizontal and vertical orientation which will cause a resize, although on devices I tested the layout appeared to be correct when doing so. However on desktop computers/laptops this is an issue because people do resize their browser windows on such systems, especially those with higher resolution displays. So if this issue could be addressed in a future release it would certainly be the deciding factor for me as I have not seen such issues in other themes I tested.
Thanks
stefel77,
We have thoroughly tested the theme with various mobile devices so they are compatible. Thats why you are not seeing the issue when you switch your device from vertical to horizontal or horizontal to vertical.
Thanks for the suggestion about the resizing issue, we will definitely try to improve this in future versions π
Thanks
Hi,
i am also facing the same issue on mobile devices,,, now i have find fix it via downloading WP Super Cache
I take this Topic due my issue.
Should be easy, but I really do not find a Solutions. What is the correct size for the slider image? I tried a couple of things… but either too small, too big etc.
Hi
Your static slider’s image should at least 1920px wide.
Can you post your site address here ? so we can take a look.
Thanks
hi

Hi
You seem to have lots of broken images. Maybe permission issues blocking your images from loading. Can you please ask your host about the image loading issue.
Thanks
Hi
There are actually no broken images…? Currently 3 images (2 within content) and the header image with 1920 x 500. The other 2 are perfect.. just the header image does not make what i want… (as you can see)…
There is no issue from the host side at this point. upload does work without any problems.
Hi sleepalot
Paste this CSS in Optimizer Options -> Custom Code -> Custom CSS
.stat_bg, div#slidera {height: 500px;}
Thanks
Thank you… now I have a grey bar below slider… but slider picture still not good.
Hi
Sorry for that just add an !important after that.
.stat_bg, div#slidera {height: 500px !important;}
Let me know if it solves the issue
Thanks
Hi
No worries… :-). Still not working. Just made the grey shadow when scrolling down a little bit smaller… (currently live on site).

Hi
I’ve checked your site
1. This is how the slider looks like from my end

2. Something blocking your images from loading, please check with your host

3. fyi, responsive video is an option of Optimizer Pro but you can try using Advanced Responsive Video Embedder to make the vimeo video responsive.
let me know if you find it helpful.
Thanks
Hi
Thank you. I did check with host and they confirmed that all is working properly and they don’t see a failure.
Thanks for Point 3… as mentioned; site is still in building process.
Any other idea about the slide picture?
