• Hello, I have some problems and I hope they can be resolved.

I want the effect to be downward when opening the menu on mobile, but when I get this the logo and button that I have in the header in the mobile version looks like this:

How can I fix this so that it looks like this other website’s toggle menu?

Also, is it possible that the header is still visible when the menu is displayed so it is not behind the menu?

And finally, I have set the breakpoint to change from the desktop header to the mobile header starting at 1352px, but the toggle menu does not appear when this happens. The toggle menu only appears when the screen is at 769px or lower, so could you help me with this too? Because right now it looks like this: https://imgur.com/a/l1z4FXE and the toggle menu button needs to be there in order to display it.

    Thank you so much

    Hi,

First of all, please go to Mega Menu > Menu Themes > Mobile Menu and enable the Sub Menu – Force Full Width option. That should improve things significantly. For the other questions, please post a link to your site so I can take a look.

Also I would like to change the mobile breakpoint for when the website it is in Spanish, because the primary menu is longer in Spanish so the breakpoint for when it is in Spanish needs to be widther. And for when it is in English it needs to be 1240px.

Hope you can help me, although they are many questions.

    Thank you

    Hi,

It looks like you have switched to the off canvas style menu instead of the drop down one, so please ignore my last reply.

For me, I see the hamburger icon to the right of the ‘try for free’ button on screen widths below 1240px.

If you have a menu location for each language, you can apply a menu theme to each one and set the Responsive Breakpoint appropriately. Otherwise, it is not possible to change sorry.

    Hi,

I setup different locations for spanish menu and english menu so I set different breakpoints on each.

I was able to make it work, the thing is that when I display the sub-menu “our solutions” I cannot scroll inside of it. If i try to scroll down or up the background is what is being scrolled.

Hope you can help me with that.

    Thank you

Also, the css applied to the mega menu i created on mobile and desktop is not loading on Safari on Mac and on any browser on iPhones. Could you check this for me please? I don’t know if you know how to fix this.

And I don’t know why, in the submenu called “Our Solutions”, the one that I setup for desktop versions only appears when it is on mobile version. So On mobile version 2 mega sub menus appear (the one setup for desktop version only and the one for mobile version, as you can see in the screenshot attached) and I don’t know why. I hope you can help me with this too.

Thank you so much and sorry for so much queries.
