If there are no conditions set at all and the slide-in is already published, it should be showing up everywhere. I’ve visited the page that you linked to and noticed some JS errors in console related to nicescroll JS library though so that might be related.
Is Slide-in set to be triggered by time or upon scroll?
Have you already performed a conflict test on site? If not, it’d be a good way to identify what is causing the conflict. Such test means temporarily switching the site to Twenty Nineteen theme and disabling all the plugins except for Hustle in this case.
If slide-in starts to show up after that, start enabling plugins (and theme in the end) back one by one after each one checking if slide-in appears. Once it stops to show up again, the last enabled plugin (or theme) would be the most likely culprit here and we’d take it from there.
Could you please run such test and let us know about its results?

When activated the Hustle Slide-in will not show up.

I was able to replicate this issue and I’ve already created a task for our developers so they can have a better look.
Not sure if this is Hustle causing it, or Fullscreen Galleria, we’ll let you know so you contact their author(s) if needed.
