I have the same problem – none of the transitions work, with the exception of a simple slide. I wondered if that may be because I have the slide duration turned off …
Please hover over the blue ‘i’ (info) icon to the left of the ‘Slide Transition’ dropdown box and read the text that is displayed.
Peace!
I just checked, and I *did* have all of those set to 1, and had the transition itself set to fade. It still only slides. As I mentioned above, I was wondering if that might have anything to do with the fact that it’s set to manual rather than auto-slide.
Also – when I left off last time, I had 6 slides, and with the exception of the slide transition issue, and the arrows/paging not showing (mentioned elsewhere on this site), all was fine. Going back just now to check, however, all 6 of my slides are on one slide, in narrow columns. I double checked the creation page, and nothing has changed there. I saved again – in case, but that didn’t change anything either. I did notice, however, that as the finished page loads, for just a flash, the slide looks like it’s supposed to – one slide’s worth of text, then it immediately snaps back into the narrow column mode.
I took a screen print of the settings for the slide transition … I could also do a screen print of the columns, and once that’s figured out, also the problem with the navigation not showing. At the moment, that part is out of sight completely because of how much room those columns are taking.
Sorry to be a pain. You have a great plugin – if we could only work out the current wrinkles.
Thanks for your time and trouble.
Yes, the other transitions (non-slide transitions) within Owl Carousel only apply to Automatic transitions.
I’m not seeing the screenshot you mentioned?
Peace!
Thanks for your reply … you’re not seeing the screenshot because I’m not sure how to include it in these exchanges …
What I’ve done – I’ve just gone ahead and posted a series of screen prints on the example test page: http://philippians123.org/church-life/rosary/test-sa-slider/
Hope that helps. If not, let me know what else I can do …
Thanks again for your time!
