Slideout position and admin submenu

    Greetings, great plugin!

    I have some small requests and was wondering what you thought about them.

    – For consistency, it would be nice if the upPrev menu was under ‘Settings’ rather than ‘Appearance’. Not a big deal – just a nitpicky item.
    – It would be great if the slide out could be positioned in any corner of the screen: top left, top right, bottom left, bottom right.
