    hi.
    i’m in difficult too with the slider..
    it doesn’t works.
    i tried all you said, but nothing.
    what could i do?
    is it a problem of the last new wp version?

    Hello, yes the slider still works fine. Make sure you follow these two important steps.

    1. You must be using the Custom home template.
    2. Before the slider appears you must have posts with a featured image and in a category called Featured with the slug featured.
