You can add sliders to pages using the feature page template. http://docs.kadencethemes.com/pinnacle-free/templates/feature/
If you’re wanting to display a shortcode slider you can use a plugin like this: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/cyclone-slider-2/
We also recommend the Kadence Slider Pro- https://www.kadencethemes.com/product/kadence-slider-pro/
(Just an fyi, the kadence slider is included with every kadence premium theme).

Hi Hannah,
Thank you for the detailed answer. The first option would be for sliders at the top of the page only, right?
I’d like to add the slider further down on the page. So a shortcode slider is probably the solution here. Have you tested the Smart Slider 3 with the Pinnacle theme? Do you think it’s a good solution or should I better use the Cyclone slider 2 instead?

1. That’s correct.
2. I actaully have not personally worked with Smart Slider 3, but it seems to have great reviews so I don’t foresee their being issue. But definitely let us know if something comes up!
