Hello,
SVI has is own variations gallery, where you can easily build all the corresponding images.
please have a look at the Youtube video or read the article here:

Hi,
thanks for your quick reply.
Maybe I wasn’t specific enough: The exemplary product has two different attributes (e.g. clasp and size). There are three different versions of clasps (e.g. silver, blue and bronze). There are three SVI galleries corresponding to the clasp attributes. So far, so good. This is what we’ve been working with for years.
However, when I enable the “Slider” option in SVI, the functionality completely stops working in the frontend. Instead of having three galleries corresponding to the clasp attributes, I have one big gallery which I can slide through. I was wondering if this is the intended behavior, as it would make the rest of the plugin basically useless?
Hmm.
Can you share the link? Im guessing that it’s not the SVI gallery being displayed.

It looks like it is the SVi gallery, as it has the following classes: “woosvi_strap svi-horizontal svi-hello-elementor”, followed by “sviproslider” and “swiper svi-gallery-top swiper-initialized swiper-horizontal swiper-pointer-events swiper-autoheight”.
Also some functions (e.g. the “jumping back to the first image”) that are enabled in SVI are working. That’s why I thought that it is maybe a settings problem?
Maybe that already helps you, otherwise I’d need to complete the registration on your page and create a support account for you.
If you are using the free version the support page is this one the paid version is on the other platform.
It has not happened to me before. Did you change anything in the meantime? Slugs of the variations?
Is it like that for all products?
Cheers

We’re using the paid version.
It seems that this error happens indeed due to a change in the slugs and attributes. Unfortunately, I had to change those.
I tested it with a new product and newly created galleries, this is working fine.
I removed the galleries from an existing product and created new ones, the new ones are generated in the backend, but as soon as I update the product, the galleries are gone. This happens to all existing products. Do you have any idea on how to address that issue?
Hello,
Try increasing your hosting MAX INPUT vars to 10000.
This links explains how to change it: https://chemicloud.com/kb/article/how-to-increase-the-max_input_vars-limit-in-cpanel/
See if this helps.
Cheers,

Hi again,
unfortunately that did not solve the problem. The creation of new galleries in new products is also possible, so I’m afraid it’s a problem connected to changing the attribute slugs and titles?
Thanks!
SVI galleries are created based on the slug of the attribute. If you change the slug than in the products where SVI galleries has been created using the old slug the data will not match.
You will have to recreate the galleries bases on the new slugs.
