    Hi Simon,

We’re using Slide Anything on FlairAir.ca. We keep a staging.flairair.ca and a dev.flairair.ca version of the site and we deploy copies from the staging site to production when we’re ready to update the live site. It’s all hosted on Wpengine and works great. The only problem we have is that when we move the site all the sliders break. To fix them we click on edit for each slider and just click update but actually haven’t made changes. They instantly start working again. Any idea what would cause this? We’d like to have the re-deployments be seamless.

Thanks for building a great plugin. Let me know if we can support you in anyway.

    Best,

    Freddie

Hi, as per our correspondence via email, thank you for bringing this to my attention. I will endeavour to look into this at some point in the future.

Hello, I have migrated my website from a subfolder to the root directory with Duplicator. Everything is working fine except my sliders won’t show up. I have tried re-saving the permalink page, I have also tried updating each slider as the person above mentioned but these things do not work.

Is there anything you can think I should try to do to get them working again?

    Thanks in advance
    Chris

Any JavaScript errors showing up in your JavaScript Console (press CTRL+SHIFT+J to bring up JS Console)?

Okay happy to say, the problem is fixed! I deleted my entire new website from the root, and re-installed it again. re-saved the permalinks, then went back to each of my sliders clicked the edit mode, and then update. This fixed them and they are all now working fine.

I really like the Slide Anything plugin it works great for what I need.

    Thanks for providing it
