Slider crop

All I want to do is override the built-in crop of the slider. No matter what I do, it crops the image at the top or the bottom. The code snippets in the “documentation” are useless.

I have tried to get actual support for this. We own the Pro version, and we actually like the theme itself. What we absolutely DON’T like is the lack of support.
