Slider does not appear

The slider does not appear on my page – http://www.dbbc.org
1. I have tried disabling all plugins. It still didn’t work.
2. I tried posting JQuery to the header. Still did not work.
3. I posted masterslider.min.js to the header as well. Still does not work.
