Hi,
please check whether all plugins are updated. Also, try to deactivate all plugins and activate them one by one. Check all custom Javascript and CSS or any modifications you did. Have a look at the shortcode, slider settings and try to recreate the slider.

The theme was newly installed, I had not done any additional action.

Nothing changes when I turn on the plugins again.
If necessary, I can write admin login information.
I have just tested the slider again. It works all fine on my installation.
Please recreate the slider. Check whether all images are uploaded and assigned correctly.
Alternatively you can just use any other slider plugin and use their shortcode.

I checked all the stages, I did it again, no changes.
Please do not post any login information in the forums as it can be accessed from everyone. This is also forbidden by the forum rules.
By looking into your website code and shortcode I can’t find the issue.
Therefore I do suggest you to use another slider plugin, if you can’t fix the problem on your own.
Can you please post a screenshot of the slide settings from the images? You can find the page at Menu > Terra Slider > All Slides > Click on one
