Slider for related posts

Hi,

First of all thanks for this wonderful plugin. It’s a delight to use.

Currently there is the option to provide the posts only in row format. How can one provide them in a slider?
I wish to provide 30+ related posts. A slider is the most sensible option in these scenarios.
