Slider Hold on Hover Feature?

I like the theme’s simplicity and I use it because of this.

As far as I can understand, the sliders can be resized and you can amend the time that the slider advances. BUT, I cannot see a feature to make the slider hold when you hover over the image. Is this possible to edit in CSS, or some coding inserted somewhere?
