• Hi,

I’m trying to creat a weather slider by inserting the slider shortcode in a page sidebar using a text widget . Only 1 slide should be visible at a time as it is inside a sidebar with limited space. I’m testing the pocedure with 3 slides, being each slide composed only by a city weather shortcode of the weather plugin that I’m using. The weather shortcode contains the style and contents to show, so i disabled any style option on the slider.
The results are quite strange: just show the first slide during the fade transition, not showing the other 2. More, it adds a static image of the first slide on the top of the slider box.
Certainly I made some errors or my idea is simply not possible to implement.
    Could you kindly advise?

Hi I see the Weather Slider, but I see that you have used Revolution Slider to implement it? Has this resolved your issue?

    Hi

I deactived the slider, as I noticed that was a warning about using shortcodes inside the slider. I can reactivate it if you would like to see the slider behaviour.

Meanwhile, I’m testing the weather add-on of Revolution Slider, but it didn’t solved the issue yet. I’m waiting from some advise on using it inside the sidebar, as it just scaled the slider anf it’s impossible to read it.

I would prefer to use SA slider with the weather shortcodes but it seems that won’t be possible.

Let me know if want to see the slider running.

    Thank you.

    Rogerio
