    I have followe the above mentioned step and made sure the theme is updated yet the problem is still there.

    We have checked our theme and the companion’s plugin latest version.Its working fine at our end.

    Kindly confirm whether you have reinstalled the Webriti Companion plugin.

    Lets take one by one.

    First, delete the Webriti companion plugin and reinstall the Webriti companion plugin.

    Then update both the appointment, parent, and child themes.

    Hi @atul-rahman

    That didn’t help. Deleted plugin and reinstalled. Then deleted appointment and appointment green and cleared any cache.

    Still have the same issue.

    We have checked the appointment parent and its appointment green child theme its working fine at our end. Kindly tell us which version of the Webriti companion plugin you are using. The latest version of the companion plugin is 2.1.5 . If you are using older version, please update with the latest version.

    I have emailed to the above mentioned email ID twice but never received any response neither my issue is resolved still now.

    @atul-rahman Where can I get the latest plugin? I can’t find it. The only link I can find it for an older version and it is discontinued – see https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/webriti-companion/
