Slider Positioning Issues

Hello,

I’m having issues with where the slider is being positioned on my page. I’ve found one topic about moving it horizontally, but cannot figure out the correct code for moving it up vertically. I’ve only been able to move it up and down a little and I’ve also been able to move the text on the page down, but I cannot get it to go over the pictures. Please help.

I’m not sure this is even a code issue and I’ve seen no other people talking about this issue.
