Hi,
Try using 1200 x 500 px and disable the WordPress image responsive setting.
Activate any WordPress default theme and upload your images, this will prevent Customizr theme from further cropping your images.
After uploading images, activate back Customizr theme and setup your slider.
Thank you

Thanks for this. If I de-activate customizer and reactivate in order to do this does that mean i’ll lose all my content and have to start from scratch?
Hi,
Written content in post and page are saved in database.
Option values set in Customizer is also saved in database.
They will not be lost if you switch themes.
Thank you.

What about page layout settings done through visual composer where I’ve added columns and rows and filled with features? Eg map and contact box on contact page? Will I lose those?
Thanks,
Natalie
Hi,
You will have to contact your visual composer plugin support for these information.
Thank you

oh okay.. i thought as its a required download of the customizr theme that you would be able to help me. I did the suggestions you made anyway with setting image specifications to 1200 x 500 and activating standard wp theme before uploading and then activating Customizr again. I’m still having the issue with the slider jumping… Any other ideas?
Also..Can you tell me the added benefits of upgrading to customizr pro? Would I get a better support service? I can’t seem to find a definitive list outlining the benefits of the paid version over the basic free version…

Hi,
I saw you fixed somehow the problem. How did you do it? I have the same issue on http://ideabag.net and I cannot figure out what to do to fix it.
Please give me an advice.
Thank you,
Gabriel
