Hi, my website has a top header containing contact information and the slider is below it.
It was working ok but now when the slides scroll (both automatically and manually), after the first slide they scroll up to the top of the page hiding the top header.

How can I fix this?

Hi @user2015!

Depending on the version you have, either at the General settings of your slider:

or at the Developer tab:
https://smartslider3.helpscoutdocs.com/article/1294-slider-settings-developer
you can find a “Scroll to slider” setting. You should turn its settings off and then you won’t be scrolled to the slider!

In case you would have the Pro version, you might need to switch to Expert mode: https://smartslider3.helpscoutdocs.com/article/406-secondary-navigation-bar
to see the option.
