Slider Stopped working

Please the theme was working fine and then sign out but later when i sign in again to wordpress to add content then suddenly realised the slider has stopped working. i haven’t done any major customization, am using the theme options to change colors, etc.

Please i have deactivate all plugins, reinstall wordpress, reactivated the theme but the same issue. ANY HELP??? thanks alot and get theme for beginners like me
