Slides Deleting

I recently visited the website I run (http://www.team4element.com, using Vantage theme), and noticed that the slider on the home page just wasn’t there. I deleted the plugin through FTP and reinstalled it, and it seemed to be working fine. The sizing of the pictures was different than it was before, so I went into settings to change it. After pressing save, it refreshed the page and all the slides were gone, and the slider was again gone from my home page. I reinstalled and did the same thing 3 times to no avail, the slider just won’t stay. I’ve tried searching for this problem but couldn’t find anything on it, please help!
