Slides not Loading – Empty Iframe (Worked Previously)

    Hi,
    I have been using slideshows created by your plugin for over a year and it has been fine. I have now found that one of them is not rendering any frames and instead I see that the iframe loaded by your plugin is totally empty.

    If I view the slideshow in the smart slider editor and click ‘preview’ then it shows correctly. I cannot see any problems with the slideshow in the editor and I have not made any changes to the slideshow that would cause this. I have cleared all the caches that I can find too.

    The page that holds the slideshow is using WPbakery page builder to build the page and the wordpress version is 5.0.2.
