Would you mind directing me towards the slideshows by a screen shot. After looking into your website I can’t find the any slider. Meanwhile, you can disable slides by going under Appearance > Theme Options > Bootstrap slider and uncheck the button of enable slide 1, as per shown here http://prntscr.com/7pexxd
