Slideshow and Showcase Widgets

Hi, I have set up 2 options for using either of these 2 widgets.
I like them both and I was going to use both on my front page, the slideshow for 3 feature videos ( size 300×260 ) on the top right sidebar and then the showcase further down with smaller sizes.

1. I found my slideshow image is “unstable” in that it flickers every now and then and this is distracting to the visitor. Any fix for this?

2. The shadowbox from the showcase doesnt fully show the player controls it looks like its been cut off at other times cant be seen. Did I set up wrong?

3. I figured I cant have the slideshow and the showcase together in the sidebar with the slideshow set up as size 300x 260, and the showcase set up as size 83x 83, the gallery settings determine both widget sizes at the same time. I thought I could have two galleries one for each widget at a different video size. Am I correct?

Hope I didnt confuse you… Thanks for your help. This is the best video gallery plugin I have come across, after a lot of searching.
