You have a jQuery error:

This may be related to your slider, another plugin, or your theme.
The first thing I’d try is to upgrade your theme, Divi. The version you’re using seems to be 2.6.4.1, which definitely has this error

That’s a well-known jQuery issue with Divi having to do with jQuery 1.12; update the theme.
Thank you. Will you guys let me know how to update the theme? Or somewhere I can go to find out? I’m just a regular person who doesn’t know how to do this stuff! 🙂
I went and checked what needed to be updated and the only thing that even mentioned Divi was “Surbma – Divi & Gravity Forms” which I updated.

Divi is a premium/paid theme not supported in these forums. It’s best to go to the support site where you bought the theme elegantthemes.com for help with customizations and issues. You paid for support when you bought the theme, so you should contact the people who sold you the theme.
