Slideshow issue [platinumicious theme]

I am having difficulty configuring the two parts to the slideshow (the image to the right and a link/info box to the right; example: http://demo.templatebloggers.com/?view=www.paddsolutions.com/wpmag/platinumicious/). I managed to delete the information on the right side but I can’t seem to get the image to stretch all the way across 950 pixels, any thoughts?

If that isn’t possible, I would like to insert a twitter feed in replace of the info box. I have tried to do this in the jquery.cycle.css.php file but with no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
