@raphaelc – I’m not seeing a “slideshow” inserted onto your home page … do you have it inserted elsewhere on your site?

By default nextgen gallery is set on 6 thumbnails but when clicking on any of them used to take you on a slideshow where you could browse with left and right buttons in the whole series of images for each set (might be 6 or 15 or whatever…)

@raphaelc – I see the Lightbox effects (read: your slideshow reference) are not working on your site and also that the JavaScript and CSS that is normally written to the footer of your site is not there as well.
This usually points to a theme related issue, do you see the same problem if you temporarily switch to a default WordPress Twenty series theme?

Ok, great ! You got it. I switched to twenty thirteen and the slideshow works then perfectly.

Now I have the following problem in twenty thirteen : some slideshows would display correctly, that is the right gallery of images, for example : http://www.orlan.eu/public-space/
(21 images in the slideshow)
but most slideshows display a huge number of images instead of the right gallery, for example : http://www.orlan.eu/works/photo-2/
300 images instead of 10 in the first series Peking…
I spent a great amount of time in the settings and couldn’t find a solution.

@raphaelc – By “slideshow” are you referring to the Lightbox effect (pop-up/modal window)? If so, try a different Lightbox Effect to see if that changes things for you.
